The course introduce students and passionates to main historical, traditional, and geographic aspects of the wine and olive oil industry.
They will visit tipical Fattorie, Cantine and enoteche in Florence and Barcelona, where they will be guided to wine and oil appreciation of main Mediterranean products, discovering grapes and olives varieties and  making techniques on site.
They will learn how to choose the appropriate wine and oil for particular foods, through a wide series of group excercises, in a familiar and traditional atmosphere.
